Hospice Brazos Valley professionals host free grief support groups and workshops open to family members of Hospice Brazos Valley patients and those in the community within our geographic service area.

A monthly support group for adults grieving the loss of a loved one.
With individuals who are struggling with a shared challenge or experience with grief. Receive support, healing, and guidance.

Alzheimer's & Dementia Caregivers Support Group
A monthly support group for caregivers of people with dementia. A safe environment to share struggles with other caregivers.
No cost to participate, and open to the public.

A monthly support group for men & women grieving the loss of a spouse. This group will share feelings, solutions, frustrations, tears, and laughter.
