Hospice Brazos Valley is the only non-profit hospice provider serving 17 central Texas counties since 1989.  We exist to provide award-winning hospice care for your family, friends, and neighbors across central Texas. Our wish is for anyone who encounters us to be better for the experience.  Time with you is filled with hope, encouragement, celebration, and service. Caring provides our team with opportunities to positively change lives daily while creating joyful memories to share for years to come. We fulfill our mission of guiding patients through the end-of-life journey with award-winning comfort care and grief support

Hospice Brazos Valley is the only non-profit hospice serving the Brazos Valley.  The non-profit difference means that patients, not profits, guide the comprehensive care you receive.  Our bereavement professionals lead a variety of grief support groups and programs for patients and families which extend above and beyond industry standards.  Thanks to generous community support, all grief support groups and programs are offered at no cost and maintain an open invitation to anyone in the communities we serve.

Respite care is designed to provide temporary, short-term relief for the caregiver when time is needed to rest and replenish, or during a time that more care is required to meet the needs of your loved one.

Comfort is our Specialty, Trust is our Promise is more than our tag line, it's how we deliver care.

Community support from you provides comfort to thousands of families when curative treatment is no longer possible or desired.

Founded in 1989, we have the longest history of providing exceptional life affirming hospice care in our service area.  Many refer to us as “the gold standard” in hospice care for consistently exceeding national benchmarks.

As a non-profit hospice, we are committed to seeing that everyone has the best end-of-life care possible, even for those without resources to pay for their care. Hospice Brazos Valley is entrusted with resources to help offset costs and bring peace and comfort.
